It started around October I think? It had a few problems here and there, but they weren't constant and had very quick easy fixes. October is around the time it started happening a lot and got more complicated and then December is when it really got bad and that's when I had to start spending an hour a day trying to fix it over and over and over again. And a system restore won't delete any of my files or programs will it? Because I am totally fine with doing that as long as all my stuff remains safe.
